User Agreement

This “User Agreement” is an offer by Go-Watch (hereinafter referred to as “Administration”) to enter into a contract on the terms and conditions of the Agreement set forth below.

1. General provisions of the User Agreement

1.1 В настоящем документе и вытекающих или связанным с ним отношениях Сторон применяются следующие термины и определения:

а) Платформа — программно-аппаратные средства, интегрированные с Сайтом Администрации;

б) Пользователь — дееспособное физическое лицо, присоединившееся к настоящему Соглашению в собственном интересе либо выступающее от имени и в интересах представляемого им юридического лица.

в) Сайт Администрации/ Сайт — интернет-сайты, размещенные в домене gowo.io и его поддоменах.

г) Сервис — комплекс услуг и лицензия, предоставляемые Пользователю с использованием Платформы.

д) Соглашение — настоящее соглашение со всеми дополнениями и изменениями.

1.2 Your use of the Service in any manner or form within its stated functionality, including:

• viewing materials posted on the Site;
• registration and/or authorization on the Site,
• posting or displaying any material on the Site, including but not limited to: text, hypertext links, images, audio and video files, information and/or other information,

creates a contract on the terms and conditions of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.3 By taking advantage of any of the above opportunities to use the Service you acknowledge that:

a) Have read the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Service.

b) Accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or restrictions on your part and undertake to comply with them or stop using Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into a contract based on them, you should immediately stop any use of the Service.

c) The Agreement (including any of its parts) is subject to change Administration without any special notification. The new edition of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Administration Website or brought to the attention of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement.

2. General terms of use of the Service

2.1 The use of the functionality of the Service is allowed only after the User has registered and authorized on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by the Administration.

2.2 The technical, organizational and commercial conditions of the Service use, including its functionality, are brought to the Users’ attention by a separate posting on the Site or by notification of the Users.

2.3. Login and password chosen by the User are necessary and sufficient information for the User to access the Site. The User has no right to transfer his login and password to third parties, bears full responsibility for their safety, independently choosing the method of their storage.
