Agreement

This co-browsing service (the “Site”) is a dating and socializing system.
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms” or “Agreement”) applies to any use of the Site and to any messages, emails, or any information posted using the Site or similar services operated by Go-Watch (collectively, “Communications”).
By using the Site, you confirm that you are over 14 years of age and that you have the right to accept these Terms.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and accept their terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Site and should not leave Messages on the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Accordingly, you agree not to:
- use your access to the Site or information obtained from the Site to send unsolicited messages, e-mails, etc.;

Вы обязуетесь не применять при пользовании Сайтом программное обеспечение, предназначенное для автоматизации процесса общения, а также иное не одобренное gowo.io программное обеспечение, за исключением Интернет-браузеров.

Пользователи должны быть старше 14 лет, но люди могут предоставлять недостоверную, ненадежную или незаконную информацию, вести себя неподобающим образом или нарушать закон. gowo.io не имеет возможности проверять правдивость утверждений других пользователей. В вопросах общения только Вы можете принимать решения по своему усмотрению, и GoWo.tv рекомендует проявлять некоторую осторожность. Используя Сайт и его услуги, Вы соглашаетесь с этим и принимаете описанные выше риски. Responsibility

GoWo.tv provides and maintains the Site for your entertainment on an “as is” basis.
GoWo.tv is only responsible for providing the services with reasonable care and makes no other warranties regarding the Site;
Subject to the foregoing, GoWo.tv shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind, including without limitation direct loss, loss of profits, even if such loss or damage results from circumstances of which you have notified GoWo.tv, and GoWo.tv will not be obligated to pay compensation including, but not limited to, in cases involving:
- Any inaccuracy of information on the Site, and interruptions and delays in service;
- Violation by any person of any intellectual property rights of third parties related to the use of the Site;
- Any losses caused by the impact of viruses or other malicious software that may affect the software and the user’s computer, damage data and other objects, if this was a consequence of accessing the Site, using the Site or receiving e-mail messages from GoWo.tv and its partners;
- The availability, quality, content and nature of other sites on the Internet owned and operated by third parties (“Third Party Sites”) linked to the Site and any dealings with Third Party Sites (relating to cookies, personal data, confidential information, domain name purchases, etc.). You should contact the administrators of Third Party Sites regarding such issues;
- The access, use and/or disclosure of any information or Communications or any materials provided by you to Alvasar.Love by unauthorized third parties;
- All warranties and undertakings to which this condition applies.
GoWo.tv does not warrant that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

GoWo.tv has the right to terminate this Agreement and immediately terminate your access to the Site if you violate any term of these Terms. The Agreement may also be terminated immediately by either party in its sole discretion.
Termination of the Agreement will not affect the rights obtained by the Parties during the term of the Agreement.
GoWo.tv will not be liable in the event of failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement if such failure is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, including, but not limited to, failure of the Internet, communications, fire, acts of war, floods or other acts of God.
